There will be full paper presentations (5 minute-presentation followed by 2 minute discussion) and 'rapid fire' presentations (three minute presentation followed by 2 minute discussion) at the meeting. Authors are asked to check the programme for the time and length of their presentation.

There will be facilities for PowerPoint presentations only at the meeting. The audiovisual services at the meeting will be provided by the in-house AV department. Presentations should be emailed to the audiovisual department at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to the meeting. Please include the date and time of your presentation in the subject line. There will be e-Posters only at this meeting. Presenters are asked to prepare PowerPoint presentations containing a maximum of five slides. The presentations should include a title slide with the title, authors' names and poster number.
